About Us

We use wood fire for all of our food.  We smoke, roast, grill, braise, bake - all wood fired!  We use wood pellet grills from one of the best in the industry.

We match the perfect wood for every food to make sure each experience is delicious!

We have spent a lot of time and a lot of cooking to get our recipes perfected.  "The road of excess leads to the palace of wisdom" and we have had a lot of parties and received a lot of input from all of our family and friends to get here.

Get-togethers with family and friends are very important to us.  We have many of those to perfect our recipes.   Great food brings everyone together!
